Unicorn fish (Naso spp.) are a genus of saltwater reef fish found throughout the Pacific Ocean. Unicorn fish are characterized by their horn-like protrusion on its forehead. They typically grow to around 2 to 3 feet depending on the species. Unicorn fish fillets are white with a soft texture and savory flavor. Our unicorn fish are sold frozen as fillets.
