Golden tilefish (L. chamaeleonticeps) is a species of saltwater fish native to the east coast of North America. They are green or brown, covered in yellow spots. Tilefish fillets are pink and turn to white when cooked. Tilefish have a mild and sweet taste, not unlike lobster. Our tilefish are sourced from Mexico and Brazil, sold both fresh and frozen whole and as fillets. Call for availability.
