Swai (P. hypophthalmus) is a species of catfish native to Vietnam. They have a shark-like appearance with gray coloring and scaleless skin. Swai fillets are white flaky with a mild yet slightly sweet flavor. Our swai are farm-raised in Vietnam and sold in different fillet sizes ranging for 2/3 oz to 7/9 oz. They are flash-frozen.
