Loligo squid, also known as veined squid, are a species of squid found throughout the Atlantic Ocean. Loligo has a mild taste with a texture more tender than other squid. Our squid is caught in the U.S. and Asia, being sold frozen whole or cleaned, where the eyes and skin are removed, and the tube part of the squid is separated from the tentacles.
