Sea Bream (P. major) is a species of saltwater fish closely related to the sheepshead and porgy. They vary in color but usually range from dark brown to copper. Sea bream fillets are white and prized for their savory flavor. Our sea bream are farmed in New Zealand and are sold fresh whole or as fillets.
