Rockfish

Rockfish

Rockfish are a family of fish commonly found on the northern pacific coast of North America. They come in a variety of colors, with red being the most common. Their spines contain trace amounts of venom, painful but not harmful to humans. This deep-water fish has a white fillet with a very mild taste and a firm yet flaky texture. Our rockfish are sold fresh as fillets with skin-on and skinless being options. Call for availability.
