Red Drum
Red Drum, (S. ocellatus) commonly referred to as redfish, are saltwater fish found on the east coast of North America. They are slimmer than their cousin the black drum and have a reddish tint to their scales. Their fillets are white and have a mild taste, which works well for seasoning with almost anything. Our redfish are farm-raised in the U.S. and can be sold whole, as portions, or as fillets with skin-on and skinless both being options. Call for availability.
