Parrotfish are a family of wrasse found primarily in coral reefs. They possess a beak-like tooth structure that allows them to feed on coral and algae-covered rocks. Parrotfish are brightly colored and usually primarily a blue hue as well as orange or yellow accents. Its meat is white and tastes similar to shellfish. Our parrotfish are caught wild in Panama and sold fresh whole or as fillets. Call for availability.
