Orange Roughy

Orange Roughy

Orange roughy (H. atlanticus) is a deep-sea fish found in the Pacific Ocean. It is known for its incredibly long lifespan, being approximately 200 years. They are red to orange in color and have a rough-looking head due to the mucus canals running through it. Unlike its bright orange skin, its fillet is white with a mild flavor and decently oily texture. Our orange roughy fillets come from New Zealand and are frozen. Call for availability.
