Opah (Lampris spp.) are large open ocean fish. They typically live at moderate depths of at least 50 meters. Opah are disc-shaped and characterized by their vibrant red fins. Opah fillets are deep red in color and quite fatty. This makes it popular for sashimi. Our opah are fresh and sold as fillets or whole fish. Call for availability.
