Silver mullet (M. curema) is a species of small saltwater fish that are found worldwide in tropical and subtropical waters. They are characterized by their possession of two equal-sized dorsal fins instead of the usual one. Mullet fillets are small and range from light to dark pink. Our mullets are sold whole and fresh.
