Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi, (C. hippurus) also referred to as the common dolphinfish or dorado, is a saltwater fish found commonly near the surface in tropical waters across the world. They are characterized by their large foreheads and vibrant hues of blue, green, and yellow, which fade after the fish is caught. Mahi mahi fillets are lean and dark in color. Thier meat is firm with a mild flavor. Our mahi mahi are sourced from all over the world, being primarily in Ecuador, Vientam, and Nicaragua.
