Atlantic halibut (H. Hippoglossus) are a species of flatfish found in coastal regions of the Atlantic Ocean. They are the largest species of flatfish and appear dark brown with a white underbelly. Its fillet is white with a tender texture and mild taste, similar to flounder. Our halibut are sourced from farms in Norway, where each fish is raised with care for quality.
