Groupers are a large family of fish that inhabit reefs. They vary in size but are typically on the larger side, with the average size ranging from 50 to 200 lbs. Grouper has a mild flavor, but the meat is very moist and flaky with a firm texture. We sell many types of grouper, but yellow edge is our main product. Others come in due to seasonal availability. These include: black, barrel, gag, red, scamp, snowy, and Warsaw grouper. Our grouper are sourced from a multitude of nations, ranging from Mexico to Indonesia. They are sold fresh and frozen with options to have them delivered whole or as fillets. Call for availability.
