Cobia, (R. canadum) commonly referred to as lemonfish, is a saltwater migratory fish found in most tropical areas. It is a large fish that is dark brown in color, characterized by its long dorsal fin. Pink, turning white when cooked, its fillet is sought after for its versatility, being mild and tender. Our cobia are farm raised in Columbia and sold fresh as fillets or whole. Our frozen cobia come from farms in Vietnam and are also sold as fillets or whole. Call for availability.
