Alligator is a staple Louisiana food with a mild taste and somewhat chewy texture. All of our alligator is domestic sourced from Louisiana, being a combination of farmed and wild caught. Our alligator meat is all frozen to prevent risk of foodborne illness. Gator meat is available in body meat, 12 lb tail meat cases, 35 lb tail meat cases, tenderloins, or legs (wings).
