Our crabmeat comes from two different types of crab. We carry blue crab, which is caught domestically in Louisiana or imported from Venezuela and Columbia. We also carry blue swimmer crab which is imported from Asia. Our blue crab is available both fresh and pasteurized while our blue swimmer is only available pasteurized. There are different types of crabmeat for different parts of the crab. We sell jumbo lump, super lump, backfin, (regular lump) claw, super claw, and cocktail fingers. All types are available in both species, fresh and pasteurized. Call for availability.
