Speckled Trout
Speckled trout (C. nebulosus) is a brackish water fish commonly found on the southeastern coast of the United States and Mexico. They are typically green or brown with a white underbelly and their characteristic spots. Adults range from 1.5 to 3 feet in length. Speckled trout meat is light pink in color. It has a mild, delicate flavor that is paired well with lemon and spicy seasonings. Our speckled trout are caught wild in Mexico and are sold whole or as fillets with skin-on and skinless being options. Call for availability.
