Salmon are a family of anadromous fish which spend part of their lives in saltwater, then swim up rivers to breed. Salmon are prized for their meat which is moist, oily and flaky, with its signature orange hue. This makes it popular for smoking. We sell three different types of salmon: Atlantic, which are farmed in Chile, sockeye, which are caught wild in the U.S., and Ora King (Chinook), which are farmed in New Zealand. All are sold fresh  whole or as fillets. Salmon portions are also available frozen. Call for availability.
